Due to the nature of freshly roasted coffee products, we do not accept returns unless items arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after verification.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind arising from the use of our products or website.
