Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of freshly roasted coffee products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Provide clear photo evidence

After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
• Shipping delays outside our control

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
